Other Myth III Questions
Is this a StarCraft/WarCraft rip off?
Not at all. StarCraft and WarCraft are quite different, involving such things as resource gathering, technology tries, infrastructure building, and unit production, accelerated so they keep pace with combat. The Myth series focuses entirely on detailed combat, and does so in much greater detail.
What time period does the game take place in?
About a thousand years before the earlier two games. It is set on a fictional world, not on Earth. The technology is similar to Medieval Earth, with some primitive explosives, powerful magic, and many monsters.
I heard Myth III will have Trow Iron Warriors, which are Trow in iron armor with a big iron hammer that can squash anything and are practically impossible to kill. Is this true?
Yes! They are very deadly, and very hard to kill, but it can be done, with the help of a small army, that will be smaller after it's done. If you're curious what they look like, look here.
What units are in Myth III?

aFactoids(4) = "25 single player levels are included. In a recent interview, MumboJumbo's Mike Donges indicated that one can expect 20 or 30 hours of gameplay from the Myth III single player game alone, with multi-player adding significantly to this."
aFactoids(5) = "Units galore. Myth III: The Wolf Age adds and refines numerous units, now bringing the total count to over 40. Enjoy most of the classic units alongside new additions such as the Gower Hearthguard and the Smiths of Muirthemne."
aFactoids(6) = "Brute force vs. solid tactics? Myth III: The Wolf Age makes a conscious effort to improve the tactical value of intelligently using appropriate units against suitable enemies."
aFactoids(7) = "One, two, three... Myth III: The Wolf Age is actually the third title in the Myth series, originally created by Bungie. MumboJumbo, Myth III's developers, aimed to build on a solid foundation of the previous titles, while refining and enhancing the story and game play."
